Is the real problem these institutions, or the parents who&#039;d outsource parenting? Truth is, the government can investigate all they want, but there&#039;s no accountability for poor parenting.</description>

		<description>This is good stuff...I&#039;m glad that someone out here is offering some perspective on behavior modification. Especially the aspects of public humiliation and tough love being effective--they&#039;re just short-term solutions that cause more harm than good in the long-run. 

Not for nothing, but did you ever read any books on Critical Pedagogy, namely Freire? It&#039;s interesting because it offers some parallels in how learning evolves under oppressive environments. Good stuff.

Anyways, if you get the chance, (at the risk of sounding like spam) please read some of my articles on my blogsite (www.greatcanineadventure.com) for shaping behavior in canine training. Let me know what you think, because you definitely have some insights that are very universal.</description>
